Wolfy Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Indirimbo zo Guhimbaza mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.

1. Summary
Indirimbo zo Guhimbaza is a digital Kirundi hymn book. We do not require an account, and we do not sell your personal information. Most data stays on your device. We only receive information from you when you choose to contact us or use certain optional features that connect to third-party services.
2. Information We Do Not Collect Automatically
We do not automatically collect:
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Precise location
- Contacts, photos, or files from your device
- Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking
- Analytics or usage profiles tied to your identity
The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.).
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores certain preferences and activity locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s on-device storage (UserDefaults). This information is not uploaded to our servers and is not synced to our systems unless you take an action described in Section 4.
This may include:

You can remove this data by deleting the App from your device. That permanently removes locally stored favorites, settings, and history.
4. Information You Choose to Share
4.1 Contact / Feedback Form
If you use Contact Us in the App, you may voluntarily provide a subject line and a message.
When you tap Send Feedback, the App transmits that information over the internet so it can be delivered to support@wolfyapps.com. This delivery may be handled by a third-party form relay service (FormSubmit.co), which processes the submission on our behalf.
Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial details, or health information) in feedback messages.
4.2 Share Feature
If you use the share button, you choose what to share and which app or recipient receives it (Messages, Mail, social apps, etc.). We do not receive a copy of what you share.
4.3 App Store Rating Prompt
The App may occasionally ask you to rate it using Apple’s standard in-app review prompt. Any rating or review you submit goes to Apple, not directly to us. Apple’s privacy practices apply to that interaction.
5. Third-Party Services and External Links
The App may open external services when you choose to use them:

We do not control how third parties collect or use information once you leave the App or use their services.
Hymn text and app content are bundled in the App and are generally available without sending your personal data to us.
6. How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Operate and improve the App
- Respond to support requests and feedback you send us
- Maintain features you expect (favorites, settings, search) on your device
We do not use your information for targeted advertising or sell it to data brokers.
7. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process:
- On-device data based on our legitimate interest in providing core App functionality you request
- Feedback you submit based on your consent when you choose to send it
- Compliance with legal obligations where applicable
8. Data Retention
- On-device data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset that data by reinstalling.
- Feedback emails sent to support@wolfyapps.com are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain support records, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect feedback sent to us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Because most App data stays on your device, you are responsible for securing your device (passcode, Face ID, etc.).
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support@wolfyapps.com and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
Because most App data is stored only on your device, deleting the App is the primary way to remove it. For feedback sent to us, email support@wolfyapps.com.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.
12. International Users
If you contact us from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
